Founder & MD
I have over 11 years of experience in technology recruitment and consultancy. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with businesses that shape our tomorrow: whether its start-ups, scale-ups, or global conglomerates. My focus has been across Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, UX, Data, IT Networks, and Infrastructure, helping innovative companies find the talent they need to thrive. I am passionate about connecting people and technology, I bring a professional yet approachable style to building teams that define tomorrow's landscape.
Outside of work:
Im a Dad, a Husband... and a Dog Dad. I love my football, golf & gym - now my boy plays rugby, I am probably going to have to learn the difference between League & Union...
Interesting Fact:
I have an MSc in Exercise Genomics (Genetic Science) - something that comes in REALLY handy with recruitment!

Recruitment Consultant
I joined Jay at dcoded as it was clear what our mission would be, bringing the human element back to recruitment and ensuring everything we do, we do it with purpose. I'm a big people person and truly believe in building meaningful relationships and partnerships. I love getting to support businesses who are impactful, who are shaping our future and getting to be a small part of that journey. I recruit for businesses who need to grow their UX, Front End & Product Delivery teams :)
Outside of work:
Outside of work I love to travel, one of my favourite places I've visited was Singapore! I also love going to festivals and concerts, I've got far too many coming up in the next few months. My most recent hobby is collecting vinyl so I like to go looking for a bargain in the 2nd hand shops at the weekends.
Interesting fact:
If you drag a shark backwards through water, there's a high chance they'll drown.
