About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Developer with a strong focus on the Sales and Field Service modules. In this role, you will be responsible for customising and optimising these modules to meet the needs of our internal Sales and Field Service teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements, delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customise and extend Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate processes across Sales and Field operations.
- Build and deploy Power Apps to enable custom user interfaces and streamline internal processes.
- Develop JavaScript customisations within Dynamics 365 to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams to identify areas for improvement and create solutions to optimise their workflows.
- Integrate D365 with third-party systems and internal tools to ensure seamless data flow across departments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Sales and Field Service teams, addressing any D365-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 updates and features, ensuring we leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
- Document customisations, workflows, and any solutions implemented within the system.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically with Sales and Field Service modules.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate for process automation.
- Experience building and customising Power Apps.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for Dynamics 365 customisation.
- Familiarity with integrating D365 with external tools or APIs.
- Solid understanding of business processes within Sales and Field Services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, especially in Sales or Field Service.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud services related to D365.
- Familiarity with other modules in D365 (e.g., Customer Service, Marketing).
- Understanding of Power BI for analytics and reporting.
