The Role
As the D365 Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology and the business, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a multi-phase rollout across various D365 modules, delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience managing complex Dynamics 365 programmes within fast-paced, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle delivery of the D365 programme (CE and/or F&O)
Define programme governance, delivery plans, risk management, and reporting structures
Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and systems integrators
Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and business leads
Oversee all project workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
Provide regular updates to the executive team
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O or both) programmes
5 years' experience in programme/project management roles
Strong background in digital transformation within retail, eCommerce, or B2C environments
Experience managing third-party vendors and SIs
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with distributed teams
Microsoft certifications (PMP, Prince2, or D365 certifications) - desirable
