Dcoded are partnered with a leading SaaS organisation who are currently in the market for a Software Engineering Manager on a FULLY REMOTE basis!

This organisation has over 150 employees and are combining advanced artificial intelligence with human expertise to tackle content at scale.

Managing a team of 10, whilst working with cross functional teams such as Product, UX and Data Scientists, you will set and drive forward engineering standards, with a key focus on quality.

A solid technical background in agile software development driving best practice and high performance is a must!

If you are someone who loves fostering cultures, driving best practice as well as team performance this could be for you.

Experience and a passion for AI is highly advantageous.

This role is 100% hands off and offering a salary in the region of £95,000
